HEELP!! - Friday, December 02, 2005 3:55 PM ( #1 )
So i injured my knee in the below post and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how serious it is.....

It only hurts when i walk upstars, or down, ints the inside of my knee, the only thing that hurts it when i lift is squat in which its not excruiating pain but like a slight pinch. i could squat with it but i wanna be careful.

My ttrainer says that its a mild sprain in my knee. So im not sure.

With a weekend of rest and icing will my knee be back to normal by tuesday so i can squat again?

my trainer did some tests on it and he said it should be nothing but a mild sprain. So that i need to rest it over the weekend. Which I did and it feels fine. But im still worried about putting a lotta weight on it.
