Yeah, growth sucks, don't it? Ha ha ha ha! Just kidding. That rocks man! Keep upping the ante. Every workout should include some kind of personal record. It doesn't even have to be continuous weight increases -if you cranked eight reps, go for nine the next time. Three sets? Go for four. Inch by inch, pound by pound.

Oh dont worry i will believe you if you have video footage just make sure its good quality and show the weights with the numbers on them before doing the exercise so its definitely 145lbs, and i will indeed apologise, i can accept being wrong if im wrong

I will be using a 7 foot bar weighing 45lbs with a 35,10,and 5 pound plates on each side and this will be a side view and i will show my face so you know it is me .and will you unblock me from msn ?

Well will you believe me?i might get a video of me deadlifting too.i will get the camera man to get close up on the weight and u can C the wieght that is on then i will bench it
