Gynecomastia "****Tits" Two ways to get rid of them.

Doctors are idiots sometimes. I had a buddy got the lumpy little things develop under his nipples. He thought they'd go away, but they only got worse and bigger. These would stick out, the whole areola like a developing teen girl's breasts. They would also hurt in its initial stages, the first few months they hurt whenever they were touched. This guy lived with this problem from the age of 18 - 22. Never told anyone because he was embarrased. He also developed a little trick to hide it. He realized that after emerging from a shower they were no longer visible. So as long as the nipples were cold, no more little titties in sight. He was so happy he could finally take his shirt off in public but he had to make sure he was cold otherwise soon as he warmed up, the little titties would pop up again, and he'd have to hide them with a baggy T-shirt. After a year of this, he made another discovery. If he squeezed the titties, (Of course a litte milk would come out) the titties would shrink. So he could now hide them by giving them a little nipple twist whenever he was naked with a woman. Although they always wondered why he would make them turn around and grab them from behind, while he was secretly giving his nipples a twist under his shirt, so that when his shirt finally came off, she wouldn't see her teenage sister's titties on him.
 
Finally he visited a doctor just before he turned 21. The doctor was a regular surgeon, covered by his insurance, although he said he'd have to cut the whole thing out, that he would be deformed for life because the chest would sink in after he took out the titties.
 
Scared and pissed off, he went to get a second opinion this time from a plastic surgeon. The nip tuck surgeon did a little lipo on each tit, and presto they were gone and he was not butchered for life as would have happened with the first doc.
 
For three years though he lived with this, and missed out on a lot, because of this problem, before he sought out a plastic surgeon.
 
Now a second buddy of mine was weightlifting at the age of 20 and taking a little roids to help him pump his muscles. He's now a personal trainer. Only took the roids for a couple of cycles, and is perfectly fine now. Married and with a daughter. Not bald. Perfect physicque. Balls have not shrunken either. He's not as big as he was for the first year or so after the roids, but he's now cut to a real nice natural looking physique. Not an exagerrated roid deformed body-builder. Without the roids he just was not ganing, as he was a real skinny ectomorph.
 
Anyhow, during the second cycle of roids he was taking, he started to overdo it slightly and developed a little gynecomastia. All the same symptoms as the buddy in the first story. Luckily for him though, another guy in the gym had a little secret that all the pros using roids do as soon as they start developing those painful lumps under their nipples.
 
The secret is the following, and it works. But you got to do it, as soon as you know you have gynecomastia. If you wait too long, then the only solution is lipo surgery. Sure you could work out real hard, but getting rid of it without lipo will be tough going.
 
Okay so here's what the pros do, get yourself a MORTAR AND PESTLE.
Now hit yourself over the head with the mortar and throw it away as you don't need it and you are probably thinking there's no way this is going it work, but read on. It works. For those of you just starting to get those little bumps. Save yourself the agony of living with it or eventually having to do lipo surgery.
 
Heat the Pestle over the stove until it's nice and hot. Now take the pestle and grind away at those teen titties hard as if you were making an indian curry paste. The heat from the pestle and the weight of the pestle itself apparently grinds up those little bumps under your nips. Keep doing this daily until eventually the bumps disintegrate, and you can say bye bye to nasty gynecomastia. AKA ****tits.

Didn't realise they stayed forever, I thought they went away over a few months.  I'm definately never taking steroids after hearing that.
 

I went to the doctor when these lumps started to appear under my nipples and they said that some guys get it during puberty and that will go away as time passes.  I have never taken any form of steroids and i still up the puffy nipples with lumps undernearth. I'm 18 now and  I have had them for about a year and a half.  They are defnitely embarassing and they wont go away

i kinda have them too, but you cant tell by looking, i can feel them though...strange

I had something like that when I was somewhere b/w 13 and 15 and I'm pretty sure I had it on both sides at different times, and if they got hit they hurt like a bitch, but they just went away eventually.

Yeah they definitely hurt like a ****when they get hit and mine came in at different times but i still have them both.  Hopefully they go away

I would recomend Novadex to anyone doing a PCT, or roid cycle. Helped a friend of mine get rid of his Gyn.

does the novadex actually work to get rid of them...i heard it did but i wasnt sure

If by "Novadex" you mean Gaspari Nutrition's ,Novadex XT then no it prolly wont do a damn thing for them.

But If you happen to have some Nolvadex or Tamoxifen Citrate, you may be able to get rid of them or make them a little less apparent. Not sure how well this would work for gyno caused through puberty, being that its more so to treat during an AAS/PH cycle when you start seeing first signs of it.

Nolvadex isnt anything to be taken lightly though and some research should be done before taking some yourself. Keep your dosage low, usually under 20mg as thats the most the body can absorb without increased side effects,
