I'm looking to see if i'm on the right track.I'm trying to bulk up and gain some musle mass. If anyone could give me some feedback on my routines and eatting habbits so far that would be most appreciated.
Ok, so anyways i'm going to the gym Mon-Fri with sat and sun off. Each day i go to the gym i workout a differnt muscle group. I'm eatting protein packed meals every couple of hours.I'm drinking plenty of water.I'm taking a protein suppliment. I've stopped eatting high in sugar products (candy, soda, and pie etc etc).

A crucial question I need answered is:Should I be working out every muscle 3 days a week instead of 1 muscle group per day?
Hope I have supplied enough information to receive some good guidance. Thanks!

well first welcome to the boards.

You can do either. Doesnt really matter for a 3 day Full body workout i recommend

Day 1-
squat 3x12
pull Overs 3x10
Bent Over Rows 3x10
Push Press 3x10
Bicep Curls 3x10
Tricep Pushdowns 3x10
Situps 1x25

Day 2-
Calf Raises 3x10
Bench Press 3x12
Pull Ups 3x10
Shrugs 3x10
Hammer Curls 3x10
Over Head Ext 3x10
Leg Raises 1x25

Day 3-
Leg Extention 2x10
Leg Curl 2x10
Clap Pushups 3x10
Dead Lift 3x12
Lat Raises 3x10
Ez Curl Bars 3x10
Close Grip Bench 3x10
Russian Twits 1x25
