I'm looking to see if i'm on the right track.I'm trying to bulk up and gain some musle mass. If anyone could give me some feedback on my routines and eatting habbits so far that would be most appreciated. Ok, so anyways i'm going to the gym Mon-Fri with sat and sun off. Each day i go to the gym i workout a differnt muscle group. I'm eatting protein packed meals every couple of hours.I'm drinking plenty of water.I'm taking a protein suppliment. I've stopped eatting high in sugar products (candy, soda, and pie etc etc). A crucial question I need answered is:Should I be working out every muscle 3 days a week instead of 1 muscle group per day? Hope I have supplied enough information to receive some good guidance. Thanks!
