i was just wondering if i can increase aroebic and anaroebic power plus speed up fat loss if i were to do 8 minutes of GC insteaf of the norm. of 4 minutes.. would it do what i want it to or would it just end up making me have to go to the hospital everday cuz i wouldn't be able to breathe after.. lol

nvm.. scratch that.. maybe i'll just sprint up a hill to make it more intense or something... i just read one of bucketman's posts on it and it warns against that because it will start to burn muscle

Remember bodies respond differently. Maybe 8 is not right, but maybe it will do you fine. You just have to watch yourself closely. We are the ones who can tell if we are OK or not. You be the judge.
