I train in rhyl, and there is a photo on the wall just like that 1 and i asked the owner, is that guy for real and he said no there is a pic o him over there and this pic is blown up, he was about 1/4 of size in computer pic but it looked real still!

His name is Greg Valentino (not 100% on the spelling). I can't remember the URL for his website but he freely admits to using steroids and synthol.
Disgusting IMO.

Ugh. What we do for . . . well, I'm not sure what for? Attention? Size? Vanity? Ego? I wish we had a culture that better praised what you earn from your own hard work and discipline, unaided by drugs and injectables.
And I wouldn't want this guy's tailor bill anyway . . . can you imagine what a suit must run?!!?

theres his site, he apparently has the biggest arms in the world at 26 inches which is rubbish
isaac dr size nesser has 29 inch arms, or used to anyway, and over a 74 inch chest, 6ft at 342lbs, in the guiness world records too so them stats are definitely true, i saw this gregg guy many months ago (not in real life online lol) and it is sick
he does indeed admit taking steroids and i dont know the exact amount but it went along the lines of "yes i decided one day to inject 10 times more steroids right into my tricep than usual
which explains why the thing looks like he has a god damn cyst poking right out.
It's sad to see him like that as well because in the pictures of his younger years hes a very natural accomplished bodybuilder.

Besides looking gross, what is an abcessed bicep? Was there an infection?
If I had, at 39, his body at 14, I'd be one happy camper. Is he really only 14?!

the ones where his triceps stick out a lot and his biceps come out loads-dont look natural, biceps dont naturally grow like that, definitely juice.
But aged 14 he was natural, it is a big shame

How on earth could someone with the potential for that at 14 
and had those at 21 
want those and the amazing thing is even when this happened (see pic below showing an abcessed bicep) he stills wants to have the biggest biceps on the planet using the same methods (namely synthol injections).
