I'd like to know everyone's grocery list...not the IDEAL grocery list...but the real one including junk food and healthy food.

Tuna, Chicken, sugar free jello, protein bars, 2% milk, lean sandwich ham, wheat bread, sliced cheese, fruits & vegetables

when i go to buy groceries i dont buy junk food, the only time i eat junk food is when someone else buys it and its laying around the house, sometimes i'll give in and eat it, but its easy for me not do buy it.

normally i buy lot of frozen chicken, salmon filets, and cans of tuna for the meats. brown rice, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes( **** em with a fork and put in microwave for like 5-10mins, yum), salad stuff, fruits and veges.. and of course your basic stuff 2% milk, eggs and what not.

My grocery list looks like this:

Meats and poultry
10lbs. chicken breasts
3lbs. salmon
3lbs. Orange roughy
10 cans tuna in water

Fruits
Nectarines
Plums
Oranges
Grapefruit

Rice
Jasmine White rice
Brown Basmati Rice

Bread
Orrowheat Whole wheat bread
Hawaiian sliced bread

Veggies
French cut green beans
Asparagus
spinach
carrots
celery
bell peppers (green and red)
lots of onions
lots of garlic
canned corn

Nuts
Costco's large cashews

Hmm...that's probably it.
The only cheating thing I've bought recently was my gf's weight watchers ice cream (maybe not WW, but some low calorie ice cream). It's pretty good at only 1.5 grams of fat and 12 grams of sugar with about 130 calories. They taste like heaven....I'm not happy that my gf bought two 20 ice cream/pack boxes.....damn things are still in there even now.
