Hi I'm new to the forum and i was wondering if it was possible to grill chicken without using a gas grill? If so, what kind of method do i use?

I think I would rather poke myself in the eye than eat microwaved chicken. I just fry mine in vegetable oil on the stove top. If you like delicious chicken, then soak it in Balsamic vinegar for a little while before throwing it in the pre-heated pan.
Shoulders back. Head high. Always progressing. Supps: whey, flax oil, food, water and Super Pump, it makes me dizzy sometimes

George Foreman griller here too! Best way to go IMO.
I'm currently trying a 10 day body detox and I feel great. Are you drinking enough water ?
