Wyms is right you won't get massive just by taking steroids it's a lot of work.

[id=tmppasteie1219083796608]You know what takes more effort than developing a legendary physique with steroids?

people need to quit it with steroids, even if you do take steroids it still takes massive amount of hardcore work to get where these people are at ( or were at). I don't think natural takes more hardwork than steroid users in terms of achieving a nice physique I think it's equal work... just both aren't on the same level.

Agreed with the comments about steroids. They help, and that's it, it takes a great deal of work and dedication for those body builders to get where they are. For me, though, I would have to say Arnold all the way. Although controversial, his book, the Arnold Encyclopedia, has many great workouts imo.

Dorian Yates ; A man from a poor English background who built his dream through the remote gyms in southern Britain to gain what was for six years, generally (as is) considered via the competition as the best physique in the world.

it's sad that everyone picked arnold or ronnie coleman just because those are the only ones they know

lee haney wins, hands down. look him up on google.  the pictures of the guys yall have posted have little legs......take a look at lee haney

I agree with this wholeheartedly, so many people associate bodybuilding with who, Ronnie Coleman and Arnold. Go look at Lee Haney, that guy is rediculous. The "pros" nowadays are killing the sport, IMO. Bodybuilding in my opinion is more about the symetrical yet powerful look. It is not and should not be about monster mass. Coleman and Cutler and the other current "pros" just look like freaks, but when you look at guys like Haney, he actually looks pretty decent and like people wouldnt see him as a freak. But thats just my opinion
