Hmm I'm new to this so I don't know why my measurements didn't go through from my profile sorry about that.  Also, how do you get the cool animation on the left?

Height: 5'7

Weight: 175

Age: 21

Bench: 240

I lift a good amount of weight but you could be right Reaper when you say it could be a layer of fat that is misleading me.  I used to play football and I weighed in around 200 pounds.  I got down to about 160 and have been gaining weight/ cutting it down to turn muscle into fat.  My skin is also kinda loose from weighing a lot before and stretching it out.  I can lift a good amount of weight about 265 my max when I weighed in at 180.  Now I cut down to about 5 reps at 225 for my last set.  Don't really lift legs because I don't want bulky legs although Squats do wonders for just about every muscle.  I just want to be cut and trim up but keep a good amount of muscle.  I've been lifting consecutively now for about 3 years.  Now and then I'd take maybe 2 week break max but rarely.  I try to get to the gym about 5 times a week. 

My lifting schedule is as following:

Chest Bis

Back

Shoulders Tris

Legs (Substitute lifting for cardio and football drills workout)

Overall I feel pretty fit I have always wanted to check my body fat percentage but I'm afraid it might be in the teens.

Day 1 on NO Xplode

2 scoops 30 minutes before workout lifted chest and bis.  no significant difference to my workout except for more energy like i drank a cup of coffee.  no significant gains in weight but then again it is the first day.  i can see what people meant by the energy and intensity that it gives you but it seems as though NO Xplode has way too much unhealthy things in it such as magnesium, high sodium count, and phosphorous.  I'm not stacking because i just want something to boost my energy after a 9-5.  I also want to get definition and this was suggested to me to help both.  i did feel a light bloated feeling but that went away and it was hard to fall to sleep 4 hours after taking it and working out on 2 scoops.  i also felt my ears plug and soreness this morning.  i can see why people stack because cellmass, when i did take it for the short amount of time, took away that post soreness.  I'll keep you informed day to day.



Day 3...

Shoulders and Tris today and superseted them cause I only had an hour.  Took NO Xplode 45 minutes prior to workout.  Felt great in the gym a little shakey though while driving there like I was on ridilin or something.  Afterwards I got in a tantrum because a lady working at a pharmacy made a racist comment or atleast I thought so. 

Prior to this incident I had an encounter with this lady.  She asked me if my father and I looked alike I figured she meant your father and you look alike.  I thought to myself oh she knows my dad so I answered I guess so why do you know him? She answered no but all asians look alike, now I do admit that we do tend to look similar but this comment was way out of line for someone that doesn't know me especially.  I didn't react and just smiled walked away.  This time when I went to the pharmacy, (same woman) she asked for my name to find my prescriptions and I answered Mike. She asked if I had changed my name because most asians have names like jung.  I was like uh no that's my name.  Very ignorant lady to not even think to herself what she's saying might be offensive.  You see I grow up in a predominately white town so it was difficult for me as a kid.  I was teased a lot for being different that's why I started to bulk up and join football.  On the field I would think of every single asshole that said a racist comment or a fat joke and knock the crap out of the person.  I guess that's why I was so good haa especially at practice after school because that's where I got a lot of the teasing.  I don't have any asian friends maybe like 1 or 2 and I find fellowship in god and my family.  I was born and raised here and I don't have an accent or remotely seem like I wasn't from here.  Well anyway when I got back home I was upset and kinda blew up cursing etc.  I def. reacted differently than I would have if I didn't have NO Xplode in me.  You see I'm a very collected and calm person.  I never like to get into confrontations only if I feel disrespected or if someone hurts my family.  I'm not saying this stuff is like roids I'm just saying the energy, pump, focus, and drive it gives you is insane and lasts a couple more hours after you lift even after you're exhausted.  This whole incident happened right after I lifted so it makes sense I was still in gym mode, I probably overreacted.  However, be careful guys that's all I'm sayin.  Lookin out for u! 

Week 1 Overview on NO Xplode and supplement review at bottom of the page...

To fill you in on what has happened thus far, I returned cellmass and exchanged it for NO Xplode a week ago.  The reason is because I want to get definition and I need something to get me energetic after a hard 9-5 in the city.  I experienced minor rage with this supplement...

This wasn't entirely my fault and good thing I just walked away and laughed it off but what I'm saying is that NO Xplode gives you a pump for hours upon hours.  I wouldn't recommend lifting before bedtime for you will be up for hours.

Today was Chest and Bis:

Started off with bench

225 x4 +1 rep than usual
225x3 +3 rep than usual
While benching I felt like the 225 was very easy.

Incline:
80 each= x12
90= x10
90=x7
Haven't had energy to lift 90's in months until now.

Crossovers:
60x12
60x10
70x8
Same as usual

Dips + One armed pushups:
Same

Bis:

incline curls:

Hammers:

preachers:
10 pounds+

120x10 easy
120x10 moderate

All in all, I feel that NO Xplode is a great supplement.  I haven't been in love with a supplement since they released the old MHP Trac which was ahead of it's time.  There are virtually no side effects except for having a bit of overenergy so stay away from confrontations after the gym if you're the type that can't simple walk away.  DO NOT take this supplement on an empty stomach I don't know why people say to because I've experienced major nausea when taking this supplement prior to eating.  You should instead eat first then take the supplement.  This is due to the bloating and bubbles in your stomach which will make you gag and feel nausious.  Other than that you may experience a slight headache due to the caffeine so if you can't handle too much caffeine start with 1 1/2 scoops and work to 2.  I don't use this on off days I see no point it is just something that is good in helping motivation, focus, and energy when you're at the gym not sitting at home.  You're gonna wanna feel like staying in the gym for a little longer than you usually do but this is normal.  Don't overwork your muscles because you feel you can lift more you'll end up feeling terrible post workout the next day.

Rating: 

NO Xplode 4.5-5

To justify my rating I will say that I am still searching for the perfect supplement for ME.  Everyone has their own type of bodies which apply different supplements well.
-vascularity

-bloating
-gas
-red bull taste
-nausea if taken before food
-caffeine
-immediate results of motivation
-small strength and size gains
-expensive about 60-70 dollars

yes that's .5 most overrated supplement
-too much sugar causing major bloating and diarrhea
-headaches
-go with cellmass if you want a product to take after workouts
-reasonably priced

Cellmass  3.5-5
I'm not completely sold with this supplement there are still other supplements better than this post workout creatine
-virtually no pain after lifts
-need to stack with a NO for energy AT the gym
-expensive along with all BN supplements

MHP Trac new 2-5
New Trac tries to outdue it's old but falls short
-too much sugar
-huge scoops
-good pump at gym but better to go with a NO
-reasonably priced

NO2 4-5
Great NO supplement with no creatine
-great pumps
-vascularity
-energy
-motivation
-strength and size gains
-no creatine
-expensive

ON Whey 4.5-5
Whey protein or protein in any form is very necessary.  This particular protein mixes pretty well and tastes like yoohoo if mixed with milk.  for lactose intolerant people, this supplement is great
-mixes ok
-tastes great
-Double rich chocolate can't go wrong
-reasonably priced
-high percentage of protein

I need to start following my own advice because the other night when I took NO Xplode before eating I had diarrhea the whole night.  Besides that side effect, I had a slight headache and blurry vision at the gym.

Lifting was a different story.  While lifting, I had intense energy, focus, and STRENGTH.  Yes, I finally see significant strength gains.

I normally start with 65's.  I feel strongly that I could've gone up to 80's if I wasn't trying to get definition/  not be sore for my bday/ golf game tomorrow.
