Hey I am new here and I would like to say thanks for reading and helping me out before I start. I was wondering what is a great workout routine to get a great six pack, build up my chest, arms, and legs?

well you aren't likely going to get a six pack and bulk at the same time a 6 pack is mostly about low bf and you are going to gain some fat if you are going to build alot of muscle. so start off with a bulk and then cut down to have stronger and more defined muscles + a 6 pack alot easier said than done. prepare to take 4-6 months just to get anywhere near what i think you want to look like it takes years but rome wasnt built in a day. haha i hate that quote.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

It really depends. It's definitely likely to get a six pack and bulk at the same time, but most people choose to cut/bulk cycle. Anyway, after the beginning, I'm surprised you mentioned your legs, haha. As a beginner, start off with a 3 day full body routine and EAT! 3 day full body routines are stickied under critique my training.

I forgot to mention that I already have a good bit of muscle, just I am trying to define it more.
