I really wish it would be worth it, I just bought myself a fender and i quit my job so i dont wanna dig too much into my bank account. I'll spend the additional bucks if ever the offer is really crap. Just that for so cheap ill get a bench, which i need + squat support which i'll need + dip station which i'll need. this set will pretty much make me have a home gym, when added to what i have already.
Other opinions?
And you said it looks like 30 years old. Yea it does look old compared to the new bench presses there is now but he told me it was just last generation of york benches, (like 1-2 year old)... True it does look old but at the time it was probly a great bench press compared to others, why couldn't it do the job now?
I really wanna get opinions if possible cause i'd go grab it tommorow, its first come first serve, i'm first caller and so got priority so I gotta act fast. I just want a bench that will get me the job done...(benching)...
Pros:
EXTREMELY CHEAP
alot of weight comes with (200lbs)
2 bars come with it
Incline option on the bench
Squat support (which I'll need)
Dip support ( which I'll need)
cons:
It looks old?
Its pretty much what I need to continu my bodybuilding at a higher intensity and in a more serious way. I bench off my floor so i have very little lbs i press so i just stopped doing em, I aint got no way to dip, too tall to do it on chairs, squats are highly reduced in weight cause i need to lift the bar from the ground to press it behind my neck then squat.
Its pretty much a 60$ pass to the next bodybuilding level...
