Great Chicken recipe for cutting - Monday, March 02, 2009 8:59 AM ( #1 )
So i pretty much live off of chicken and eggs, and there is only so much you can do with chicken. But recently i found a new way to cook chicken during a cut and it still taste good!
Also, this is very economic, this costs a little over 7 bucks for 6 meals worth of chicken,
1 bag best value chicken breast
1 box best value shake and bake
thaw out the chicken completely and put it in a large tub or something with a  lid. Pour 1 of the packets of shake and bake in with the chicken, shake it up and put it on a metal sheet in an oven for 30 minutes at 375.
Very good and not bad for you.
Approx nutrition.
Servings: about 6, 6 oz. servings
Giving you approximately 35 grams of protein, a little under 10 carbs and less than 3 grams of fat. serve with veggies at night or whole wheat somethin in the morning and it makes a great cut meal.
No food tastes as good as looking good Feels.
