Starting monday this routine

Workout A

Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Clean & Jerk 3x5
Pullups 3x5

Workout B

Squat 3x5
OH press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Rows 3x5

I'm gonna start with low weight to perfect my form on C&J's and Deadlift, I also think it's going to help me progress for a longer period of time

I'm going to switch DL's and SLDL's every other workout

I will also be a lot more focused in my workouts as soon as the temp cools down, it's been extremely hot down here, having to workout in a 30-32ºC humid is not that great. So starting low weight is a good idea here too, that way I'm won't be pushing myself too hard and risking to pass out

Did Workout B today

10min rope jumping
Squat                      3x5 (135lbs)(a2g)
OH press                 3x5 (65lbs)
Deadlift                   1x5 (135lbs)(I've got to get use to these)
Pullups                    3x5

Then walked about half a mile to get to my volleyball practice, I ran a bit in practice

I forgot whether it was rows or pullups today, so I did pullups because my lazy ass did not want to load and deload the bar =D

So because of this, the workouts will change to:

A
Squat
Bench
C&J
Rows

B
Squat
OH press
Deadlift
Pullups

It was hard to workout today, 32ºC humid. I felt the air was heavy, and it took me too long to recover between sets. I'd train naked if the gym owner let me

Workout A today

10min Rope jumping
Squat 3x5 @ 140lbs (atg)
Bench 3x5 @ 140lbs (started too heavy)
C&J 3x5  @ 95lbs (These were taxing as hell!!)
t-bar rows 3x5 @ 95lbs

Trained in a 31ºC weather. Still not good

The Clean & Jerks were f'n taxing, finished the last set and had to lay on the floor for about 3minutes before unloading the bar. I now I can lift more, but the movement itself is very, VERY taxing.

Ate a bit too much today

Bench 3x5 @ 140lbs

Cleans 3x5 @ 95lbs (i'm still perfecting form)

Todays workout was nice. The weather was a lot nicer, rainy day, 26ºC. It's awesome to workout like that. I hope the weather stays like that for months

I won't be able to get to the gym this week, I have to train for a choral encounter on saturday in the afternoon and in the morning I have scuba lesson
