Ok so lately ive being working on my compound lifts and theyve being coming along awesome. Seen as the routine was new to my body ive being putting on some good mass aswell, even my arms (which was the big surprise for me seen as i havent worked on them now for about a month or so).

Basicaly i was wondering how strong i am in comparrison to others my age and weight

Weight - 76kg/12stone
Age - 17
Height - 5"11 <---- Smile

Deadlift - 180kg x 1 *EDIT - without wraps*

Squat - 150kg x 5 (sumo squats lower than parralel)

Bench - 70kg x5 <---- Smile

Ive only ever tried a 1 rep max once with deadlift and that was yesterday, gians just keep coming and coming in strength especially, especially with my squatting and bench pressing but i feel im not pushing my self quite as much as i could in these two seen as if i fail at a deadlift i can just drop the weight but when lifting (specially squatting seen as im strong at it) in the other two i could get seriously hurt, but obviously ive always got a spotter i can trust lately.

*EDIT - i want oppinions but if any 1 has that table that shows how strong you are in comparrison to your weight and age that would be helpful*

Here's a link to exrx weightlifting performance standards... It should give you a basic idea of where you are on most of the basic lifts..

http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.html

I don't think you really have anything to complain or worry about.. everything looks good...
