Goddamnit. Got myself into stage 3 over the past few months. I just remembered how eating perfect all the time was after reading this.

That should be a Stumble, a Tweet and added to the ZipZag bodybuilding group!  Web 2.0 tactics.  I'll get to bookmarking that one.

Great find.  Thank you.

Sweet article. I've hit all three of the pre-requisite levels, and I'm happy to say I stand on level 4.

i would say i am at stage 3.5 lol.  Whenever i go out to eat ect i will always get really clean meals ect just because and i do enjoy chicken ect ect.  The only thing io lack is sometimes i will skip a workout and do it the next day.  Some days i just dont feel like going and the next day i always feel better.

That was an excellent read!  You could almost apply that to a lot of other things in life.... smoking, finances, etc.

stage 4 the majority of the time

the only time i'd ever say its hard for me to do something is
1. when im at a big family/friends over and everyones eating great food. i dont really get tempted, it just sucks to not have any
2. i weigh in/measure saturday mornings then go workout so if the results suck its hard to drag myself to the gym

yea, it really sucks because with full body workouts i gotta force myself to do deads/squats but once im a few sets in its all i focus on and i forget my problem. i cant ever think of a time where i finished a workout and thought "ugh i wish i didnt workout"

i like T-Nation, and they are funny. but sometimes they just piss me off with stuff like 'ohhh man you eat a hamburger your a fat mother****a' its like ok dude, relax yourself. not everybody has to eat broccoli and carrots all day with their calculator out counting calories and fat content. hell, i know dudes who eat like the 2nd guy in that article, and train like beasts and are beasts.

but yeah, it was a good read
