Current Height - 6'2 Weight - 137 lbs Bench - 145 Deadlift - ~225 Squat - ~185 Goal (8/12/07) Height - 6'2 Weight - 155 Bench - 200 Deadlift - 315 Squat - 225 Got my warm-up weeks out of the way to get my body back into lifting condition. I'm going to hit 6 weeks of 4x6 and see how that works out. Looking for mass and strength to begin with...we'll see where I am at after these first 6 weeks. My supps as of now are AnimalPak multi-vitamin, Kre-Alkalyn, and some X-Plode left over from last summer. I'm considering getting some Designer Supplements N.O. Limits here pretty soon. My diet is pretty hectic right now, the school year is wrappin up and I've been pretty busy. But I'll be shooting for atleast 6 meals a day. 4500 cals/200g pro/350g carbs/ under 125g fat. These are just a basic outline of what I'll be keeping track of on here, any suggestions on my routine, supps, diet, etc, is gladly welcome... -Good Riddance

Ok, for my split I will be lifting Mon,Tues,Thurs, & Friday. I'm looking at something like this right now... Mon - Chest/Bis/abs Tue - Legs Thurs - Shoulders(including traps)/Abs Fri - Back/Tricep I have been currently hitting my chest/tri and back/bi's on the same days, but I think I'm going to try splitting them up so that my arms will get a light workout as secondary muscles and then a full workout to themselves after atleast 48-72 hours of recovery. I'm also considering my setsxreps. I had decided on hitting 4x6 for 6 weeks, and then 3x8 for 3 weeks, but I'm now considering switching my 4x6 with 5x5, any suggestions? Here are my sample workouts... MONDAY Weighted Dips - 5x5 Incline DB Press - 5x5 *Should I throw in a flat press or will that be OT my chest?* Straight Bar Curls - 5x5 Alt. DB Curls - 5x5 Concentration Curls - 5x5 Weighted Twists - 5x5 Hanging Leg Raises - 5xfailure (Not sure how to add weight to that so...) Tuesday Deep Squats - 5x5 Leg Press - 5x5 Ham Curls - 5x5 Seated Calf Raises - 5x5 Thursday Shoulder Press - 5x5 Front Raises - 5x5 (Should I drop the front and put in something for the rear delts?) Lateral Raises - 5x5 Barbell Shrugs - 5x5 DB Shrugs - 5x5 Friday Weighted Wide Grips - 5x5 T-Bar Rows - 5x5 One Arm DB Rows - 5x5 Close Grip Bench - 5x5 Cable Pushdowns - 5x5 French Press or Kickbacks - 5x5 Those are just what I have right now, I'm still tampering with it a little bit, and suggestions or advice is appreciated. -Good Riddance

I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: 'I'm ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don't accept His claim to be God.' That is the one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic -- on the level with the man who says he is a poached egg -- or else he would be the Devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to.

Week 1/ Day 1 Chest/Bicep Weighted Dips - 4x6 @ 35 Incline Flies - 4x6 @ 30 Flat DB Press - 3x6 @ 50 EZ Bar Curls - 4x6 @ 50 + bar (How much is EZ bar, 10lbs?) Straight Bar Curls - 4x6 @ 65 Hammer Curls - 4x6 @ 30 Pretty good workout, had good pumps going and I was pretty much dead by the end of the workout in my chest and bi's, actually looked like I had a pretty decent chest . Other than that I have felt like **** all day, head feels like its stuffed with cotton, can't breath out of my nose, headache...just not a good day, which sucks cause I haven't been sick in so long. Hopefully it's just a one day thing and I'll feel better tomorrow, it's leg day tomorrow so I better be feeling great.

Week 1/Day 2 Legs/Abs Deep Squats - 4x6 @ 135 Leg Press - 4x6 @ 315 Seated Calf Raises - 4x6 @ 115 Lieing Ham Curls - 4x6 @ 90 Hanging Straight Leg Raises - 4x10 Twists - 3x6 @ 110 Weighted Crunches - 3x6 @ 80 Well, not a bad workout, but there may be a problem. Was on my first set of squats, and was thinking maybe I should be upping the weight, but on my 4th rep I was at the bottom, made sure my butt touched the bench, and then when I went to push myself up I got a sharp pain down on the left side of my stomach really low, like right above my equipment. I finished out the set and it hit me again on my second set, so for my third I took the bench out and just went parallel instead of below and it didn't bother me anymore but I can definately remember how it felt. If I feel this pain again I might have to go see a Doc about it, really didn't feel good...

Week 1/Day 3 Off Just resting today, and hoping that whatever I did yesterday during squats is nothing serious. I weighed myself this morning before gettin in the shower and I was 137.2. I'm gonna be weighing myself every Wednesday morning before I eat, hopefully I will see atleast 3 lbs for these first couple of weeks back into the serious lifting.

Week 2/ Day2 Legs/Abs Squats - 3x8 @ 135, 1x10 @ 135 Leg Press - 3x8 @ 295, 1x8 @ 225 Leg Press Calf Raises - 3x10 @ 315 Hanging Leg Raises - 4x12 Twists - 2x8 @ 90 Weighted Crunches - 2x8 @ 70 Again, didn't really feel good. Was drained and just wasn't a very intense workout, but I hadn't planned on going hard today, wanted to see how the groin was feeling (thought I had pulled a hernia last week)...everything felt fine as far as that was concerned, so next week I'll be uppin the weight again. :)

Week 2/Day 5 Shoulders/Traps Seated Shoulder Press - 3x8 @ 55 Straight Arm Lateral Raises - 1x8 @ 20, 2x8 @ 15 Front Raises - 3x8 @ 15 DB Shrugs - 3x8 @ 50 Seated Reverse Flies - 2x8 @ 50 Weighted Twists - 3x8 @ 110 I hate shoulders, mine are always getting messed up when I lift heavy so I'm starting light and just going to slowly build them up so that I don't end up hurting them later and setting me back a few weeks.

Week 3/ Day 1(sorta) Chest/Bicep Flat DB Press - 3x6 @ 50 Inclince DB Press - 3x8 @ 30 Dips - 2x15 @ bodyweight (This gym didn't have a belt to strap on weight) Hammer Curls - 3x6 @ 30 Cable Curls - 3x6 @ 60 Ok, I did this yesterday (Wednesday) cause this was my first full week at work and it's throwin off my schedule :(. I've also started training MMA again so I've been a little tired but I'll get over that, anyone think lifting and training on the same 4 days a week will be overtraining? I'm going to try and hit back/tricep today and then shoulders/traps tomorrow and legs Friday, that way I won't be doing legs the same day as training cause I'm not sure I could handle that lol. Z: Bulk, bulk, and maybe a little more bulking? lol As ya see at 6'2, 140 I', not exactly huge. But with basketball and MMA I can't help but get in a bunch of cardio so it's giving me fits lol. My short term goal is to be a solid 155 by the start of the school year, mid-August, while staying in good shape for basketball.

you must have a f***in fast metabolism to be 140lbs at 6ft 2 but if you do take a weight gainer, stick to your plan, eat every 2-3hours and get 8hours+ sleep you'll bulk up loads.

I'm not quite getting every 3 hours, but I've been getting a good amount of calories. I really need to take the time to get my whole diet set up and have an actual plan again rather than just eating whatever I can get my hands on. I'm on protein but not a weight gainer at the moment, but I just found a full tub of some GNC crap in my counter the other day so Im gonna go through that thing here pretty soon. As to sleep, I've gotten into a bad routine, I usually can't get asleep until atleast 11:30 or 12 even after working from 7-6, and lifting/training. So I usually end up with around 6 and a half hours of sleep a night, but on days like today where I didn't have anything to do and no work I didn't get out of bed until 11 so that was nice, got a good 10 hours of sleep. :D
