Good numbers for a JV runningback? - Tuesday, August 19, 2008 9:56 AM ( #1 )
Well since it looks like i won't play runningback i'm going to try and train for a bodytype that fits runningback. i'm thinking i would be good if i could be like this:
weight:140 lb
40 time: 5-5.2
bench:160
squat:225-250
deadlift: 275
and height obviously i can't control but the doctor said i should have a growth spurt so i'm thinking 2-4 inches so 5'7"-5'9"
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185
