Good full body workout--

Any advice on a good full body workout? I was thinking just keeping it to shoulders, chest, tris, back, bis and abs. We can save legs for another day... Im on a 3-4 body split and i would like to try some full body workouts and see how my body responds to them, so any tips and workouts would be extremely helpful. Thanks fellow lifters.

First things first, a full body workout includes legs. You should consider adding at least some squats ASAP.
