45 Minute Cardio Every day. Sounds like you got the bases covered with that one. I might try and change some of the exercises on the second day. For example Monday and Friday you do the same exercises. Maybe focus on heavier sets Monday and on Friday do higher reps. Or do barbell one day and dumbbells the second day. Focus on speed and power one day and absolute strength the second. That way you expose yourself to greater variety in one week as well as making it more challenging and fresher. It is very easy to get in the routine of doing the same thing over and over, focusing on your favorite or strongest exercises. That is bull****. I did it for years and I still do it, damn it, but I try hard to mix it up. I try to stay open minded to new things as long as I can get to that feeling in the muscle where I know it is growing.

Ditto what Ben said...Its like doin triceps or shoulder before bench. Damn Milo..you hit that RIGHT on the head!!! We should all be followin your advice...even you!
