Good Whey Protein Isolate brand - Tuesday, September 02, 2008 7:13 PM
Ok, I'm just a liiiitle bit confused.....

100% Whey Gold Standard is considered an ISOLATE whey protein, correct?

I wanted to be sure b/c I am going to be running out of my current protein soon, and I wanted to get a good PWO protein supplement.

I also want to get a good bed-time protein, and was thinking of sticking with either Syntha-6 or True Mass.  I also was condidering going with ON's 100% Casein protein for pre-bedtime.  Suggestions?

ON 100% whey contains both protein isolate and concentrate, as do most whey proteins.  The only pure isolate I can think of is isopure, but it is not worth the extra money you have to pay.

Muscle Milk is also good for before bed.

syntha-6 and truemass are great i like them a lot, however syntha is just a protein and truemass is a weight gainer/meal replacement so take that into consideration.

Ok, cool.  I think I'm gonna go with the 100% Gold Standard for my PWO then, and since I've never tried Muscle Milk before, I think I'll try that out for my pre-bedtime protein.

Thanks guys.

ON is not an isolate it has some but its mostly concentrate dont get that confused...ON is full of fillers as well. Syntrax Necatar brand and isopure are best whey protein isolates   or this place
