Good Idea? - Saturday, October 25, 2008 6:39 PM ( #1 )
As of late ( for the past 5-6 months) i've been doing a full body split, ive found that now my indurance is down significantly ... i tried just for fun to do a full chest day and i could get past my second chest workout .... I'm looking to change things up a bit and workout using a split method ( i know alot of you here are against that) I still wanna incorporate the big compound muscles and do very few isolations ... Can anyone give me advice ( Also a big reason is using the full body workout i have gained some fat and i am a mens 2nd division soccer player and i have found that i cant run as fast and make cuts a juke as well as before) .... I still want to gain some mass but i want to get my endurance up.... Any advice is  appreciated
