Gonna change things up a bit..

I am going to be switching up my stack here shortly; I'm starting to run low on some of my current supplements. Here's what the "base" will look like: Multi-V (no change) Flaxseed (no change) Axit-HT (no change) Sci-Fit's Kre Alkalyn Creatine (new; to be taken pre/post workout) ON's 100% Whey (new; for my PWO protein supp) ON's 100% Casein (new; for my pre-bedtime protein supp) I am also looking into incorporating a BCAA supp, along with a Glutamine supp. Here's where I am in need of some guidance...I was planning on taking the BCAA pre-workout, along with my pre-workout creatine. However, I do not know when I ought to take my glutamine supp. Most of the info I researched recommended taking Glutamine both pre & post workout. However, if Glutamine is supposed to "neutralize" the creatine, if they're taken simotaneously, then when should I take it?? Or, should I even bother taking the Glutamine supp? Thanks in advance for your guidance!!
Current 1x1 RM's: Flat Bench: 335 lbs Back Squat: 425lbs OH Press: 215lbs

From my understanding, when glutamine is taken right before bed it aids in helping raise growth hormone levels.. ?

Cool. Well if that's the case, then it won't be an issue incorporating it. I guess I was looking in the wrong places, hah. Thanks!
