Hey guys, I'm new here and just needed a little bit of advice... I'm 18 years old and am getting ready for college next year, and I want to get as ripped as possible by the time that rolls around (which will be around 4 months from now). It's been almost a year since I last worked out, and when I did I didnt work at it as hard as I should. This time I want to work as hard as I can and get myself in the best shape I possibly can, so I was wondering what you guys think I should do. How should my routines go? What (if any) supplements should I be taking? And anything else I might find useful... Thanks for the help

I'm about to head off for college as well, and unfortunately, I don't think you're going to be able to get big AND ripped in that short amount of time. If you've accumulated some fat, that could easily be shed in 4 months, however, 4 months is not a lot of time to pack on lean mass and retain minimal fat. My suggestion is to bulk for muscle building, and forget about getting ripped. Being big and a tad tubby is much better than being skinny.
