Going In The Opposite Direction - Muscle Gainage
-
Friday, July 15, 2005 1:40 PM
Ok I have been trying to get a 6 pack for a while but now I want to gain muscle. My diet has been ALOT of cardio about 15 miles a week on the treadmill and swimming as well. Also whole weat bread and a lunch meat along with a salad, yogurt and a protein bar at lunchtime and a steak of chicken patty with celery or salad with peanut butter, and cottage cheese for dinner. Now I want to go on a muscle gaining diet and get my 6 pack through that. Does anyone have any good advice or articles for this? I want to gain ALOT of muscle within 6 months time period along with my 6 pack. I take a protein bar, a lean meat, and a protein shake every day for my muscles but I want to get more. What should I do?
