I am Currently 6'2, 190 pounds at 20-24% body fat. Ive been working out for around a year, when i started i was 117 pounds 7% bf Smile. My beginner gains have just about dried up so im going to start really mixing things up, trying new routines and techniques. First bulking routine im going to do is Rippetoes Starting Strength for 5 weeks. The routine is

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
2x8 Dips

Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Bent Rows
2x8 Chin-ups

Im going to track my progress towards my goal in this thread. Ill come up with a before picture in the next couple days.

Bicep flexed

Just a suggestions... Our goals are pretty much the same.. only difference being is I'm a few inches shorter than you and slightly closer to the goal..

If I were you in order to avoid disappointment.. I would keep the goal you have but I would also make a few short-term goals.. something that can be achieved within a reasonable amount of time..

Your goal of hitting 220lbs at 10% is going to be a bit of a feat considering you're 190lbs and around 22% BF.. As you mentioned, you've been in it a year now and you're right.. your' progress will start to slow down some.. it's easy to get discouraged.

Short term goals keep you motivated and it's great when you hit them..
