I have both.  But I think I read somewhere that l-glutamine effects the absorbtion/production of no2...Anyone know if this is true or should I just take both normally.  Thanks.

Take your NO2 pre-workout and your l-glutamine post-workout. If you workout in the morning, do like i said and then take your NO2 around 2-3pm and another serving of l-glutamine before bed.
