Hi all, how are you doing?

I have a little question concerning glutamine.

I was wondering what food contains a lot of glutamine?

The reason I ask this is because i just cant afford more costs on supplements.

I hope you can help me....

Regards
Kees

Here' s an interesting PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader) file that shows the percentage of glutamine per food.

I cannot verify it' s accuracy, but it does show you the foods (wide range) that contain this non-essential amino acid.

Before you begin to worry about whether you need glutamine, you might want to read this:

Note: The referred " They" and " Anybody" is actually me. But it sounds better that way doesn' t it?

Wow! Make that thread a FAQ or something.. anybody ever asks about glutamine again and they need to read that first.

Probably scared the other guy away. Smile
