I know the capsules are alot cheaper and they also provide 5g of glutamine just like a serving of powder. I do like mixin' it with my PWO shake.

I don't have a problem with powder, just wondering if one if better then the other.

Rule #1 of buying supplements: Learn math.

Glutamine Powder at Supps 101 is about 4 cents per gram, while the capsules are about 11 cents per gram.

Capsules: 500mg x 120 capsules = 60 grams
6.49/60 grams = 10.8 cents per gram

Powder: 41.95/1000 grams = 4.195 cents per gram

They are the same product, just packaged differently.
