Getting off the addiction - Monday, July 25, 2005 5:03 AM
I'm sure many of you had this, but I can't seem to be able to stop eating crackers and sometimes even chips. I really want to stop eating them (or at least too many of them) because I know that they stuff up my health and stop me from cutting. I was wondering if any of you know how I can slowly but surely get rid of this habit. I just get hungry in front of the TV, and I'm looking for food, and there they are. I guess I just can't resist them.

Can anyone give me some help?

I usually have some sugar free mints (stong ones, really strong).

just eat some of those and u won't feel like eating a lot of chips after that, believe me..

works 4 me at least
