Getting a six pack
-
Thursday, February 24, 2005 11:14 PM
Alright well I already have pretty strong abs and I can feel them under some of the fat. I want to get it very well defined by summer but I dont know if I should start cutting yet and doing cardio to lose the fat around the abs. I am currently bulking and I gained around 20 lbs since last summer. Here's a pic of my abs: [image][/image] So to me it seems if I lose just a few lbs i would be able to have a more defined abdomen and maybe my lower abs will show up. My arms and chest still need some growing, but for now i just wanna get a six pack to just see if i can do it lol. So what should I do? bulk up a little more or start cutting and just bulk up later after i get the six pack? ok i dunno how the image thing works, but i guess it will show up here at the bottom anyway [image]local://2974/32E9987AE4094450A0D60EF58BB0F13B.JPG[/image]

yeah..not bad man..keep working them...I have a routine that Il write up tommorow for abs..I never actually ran and got pretty good rsults..but cardio is a good way to show definition..not always the best way to make definition, remember you have to have it before you show it...but Im going to bed right now..heres a pic of what mines looked like about 5 months backed..they are more defined now and bigger but this gives you an idea.

What should you do? The question is, what do you want more right now? You said yourself that you could use some more bulk in your arms and chest, but you're curious to see your six pack- The decision is yours. If you're asking for opinions, I'd say bulk up some more first- but that's just me.

Am I the only teenager with a friggin happy trail? Jesus christ, I can grow a beard and you people are hairless... Bulk first, then when the abs come in they'll be the shiznit. Good luck.
