Getting off Creatine -- what to expect? - Wednesday, September 03, 2008 4:44 PM
Hey guys, been on creatine for two months now and seen quite a bit of change in overall size. Thinking of taking a cycle off. Just wondering what to expect as far loss in size and will it help me cut up at all with the loss of water weight? Just wondering... apologies if I'm re-posting. Thanks

you will lose some of the plumpness of the muscles, but it is not muscle loss, only water loss.  You are wise to cycle off, as results tend to be improved when the body is not allowed to fully adapt to a regime.

Cool, just as I had assumed. I guess it would give me a slightly more cut appearance as well... but I understand the water from creatine is more in your muscle... unlike water weight from salt, etc. Thanks for the info bro.
