So yeah I'm taking that plunge into married life. The problem is I need to lose some weight. I'm 5'11 and 275 from 329. I'm looking into reaching 245ish for now. I'm active at the gym doing cardio and more cardio workouts. I do things to sweat more, like using a sauna suit, sitting in the sauna with full gear on, and an other thing I can think of. But I'm having limited results. I have cut most carbs and rose the protein in my diet. Got any help? Any supplements?

I may be wrong, but all the sauna things just makes you sweat, nothing to do with losing fat. You need to calculate the calories you eat VS the calories you burn; adjust your diet/cardio to have a calorie deficit, then you'll lose fat faster.

You should start lifting weights. You need some muscle to burn off the fat. Muscles are good tools to burn fat. More muscles = more calories burnt.

Exactly, muscles burn calories. The more muscles, the more you burn.
The key to loose weight is simple : discipline.
1- a good diet
2- a good workout plan
3- rest
4- determination and discipline

trebeginner and Jeffars were both right.

Jeff, good to know you got the point yourself man ! 15 lbs added to at least 10 lbs of lean muscle ! You lost fat, gained mass and you're looking great, keep it up !

all advices are correct. cardio,diet and discipline,workout.

current:

age: turning 26
height: 5'9 1/2
weight: 201 lbs.
bench: same
squats: 400 lbs.

currently finished: Nano vapor, lost 10% more body fat
