Hey, you probly get this the whole time but im lookin for advice!
Im just gone 21 and im 6"1 and only 145 pounds... i.e really skinny. For years practicly ive been trying to gain weight, not doin anything dramatic but just eating more. There was a period for about 2 or 3 months a few months back when i had exams and projects that i just ate junk/fast food (i know i know) but i didnt gain a pound! Basically im trying to gain weight, but anything at this stage will do as im very scrawny. Obviously muscle but just general mass would be nice.
Im getting serious about the issue now and ive started a weightgaining programme and i have anthony ellis book but i was just wondering about some certain stuff. I was thinking of also going on creatine, but i hear sme negative stuff about it and this http://c9t11.com/ seems interesting although the website makes it look crap. Its a CLA or whatever which arent supposed to be that bad.
Is it possible to take Protein Shakes, CLA's and creatine or is that asking too much? Aswell i see loads of advice for building your chest and biceps and all that, but apart from eating loads, is there any kind of excersise to build up your lower body because ive a really small waist...
Thanks for any advice and if theres anyone out there who was like me who have over come this let me know, its gettin really annoyin and im hopin i wont be skinny forever!

Focus on doing the major compounds lifts, squats, deadlifts, rows, pull-ups, bench press, etc. And eat like crazy. You may think you were eating a lot, but you weren't. Eat eat eat. Eat. EAT! There's no magic to it, you just need to eat. No supplement in the world will help if you're not eating enough.
