I got a sample of superpump250, from gnc and i took it today as suggested 45min-1hour before workout on an empty stomach. I guess i felt somewhat more pumped but i think it was in my head. I have heard good things about Gaspari's Sizeon and superpump250. But i did not feel what i expected from superpump250. What do you guys think about it that take it. And what are other good supplements for giving you an energy boost?

Well, I have never tried Superpump250, but I have used N.O. Xplode a couple of times, as directed.  I will admit I did feel a bit more energized to knock out those last few reps, and maybe do a little more weight than I would've if I didn't take it, but it was nothing "drastic", like what it says you'll feel like on the label.

And it's pretty much like that with most N.O. pre-workout supplements, and most supplements in general for that matter...that's why they're "supplements"; they are meant to "assist" your workout routine.  When it comes down to it the extra "push" needs to originate in your mind & heart.
 
Current 1x1 RM's:
Flat Bench: 335 lbs
Back Squat: 425lbs
OH Press: 215lbs

I've just bought some - I've heard some good opinions on it so look forward to giving it a try.
Currently using Mri black powder, BCAAs, animal cuts, beta alanine, milk thistle, Cytosport whey, ON casein, Zmax, SizeOn, T bomb II, flax seed, carnitine & conjugated linoleic acid. Going to hit epist

The NO products give you as much of a mental boost as they do a physical boost.  You will probably find quite a few labels with proprietary blends for both work and focus.  For energy during a workout, general staples should be B vitamin supplements, and caffeine from sources such as green tea, coffee, and my favorite buzz, Yerba Mate.

It does tend to upset your stomach I find as does No-xplode.

Wow Im suprised u didnt notice good results. Superpump is my fav preworkout supp. Ive been using it for almost a year now I think. I like to take it once I get to the gym, having eaten a small meal about 30-45 min prior. This gives me 10min of dressing to let it hit me, then another 15min when Im in the weight room warming up. It hits perfectly about 30min after I take it right when I start doing my working sets. It always gives me the pump for me entire workout, also. I really like it.

1 piece of advice, do not buy the orange flavor.. all others are good though.

Squat: 300 x 1
Bench: 245 x 1
Deadlift: 315 x 4
Powerclean: 185 x 1; 135 x 12

I eventually got to the point where a cup of coffee does me just as much good as SuperDump 250.  Cheaper too!
