Im also curious about, claims to instally make you 10.5% stronger, I was supposed to get a free sample,but they never sent it to me. I have yet to hear from one person that has tried it.

Here is Jay Cutlers competing plan.....
Pre-Workout
ThermoShed (3 capsules)
Cardio
45 minute cardio session.
Meal 1
20 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of steel cut oats, GAKIC (8 caplets).
Train
Training session.
Meal 2
2 scoops of Nitro-Tech, 1 cup of steel cut oats.
Meal 3
12 ounces of top round steak, green beans, onions.
Meal 4
16 ounces of flounder, green beans.
Meal 5
16 ounces of flounder, half cup of steel cut oats, green beans.
Pre-Workout
ThermoShed (3 capsules)
Cardio
30 minute cardio session.
Meal 6
16 ounces of flounder, 2 cups of asparagus.
Meal 7
16 ounces of flounder, Acetabolan III (4 capsules).
Does Gakic work? I dunno ask Jay... I would have to say yes it does. Along with the Other Muscle Tech products he takes also. I love the Muscle Tech CEE PRO pills.

I've heard Gakic is the real deal but its mostly for strength am I right?

I swear it was fate! or just a coisidense(sp). but I wet to the gym today, got home and my free sample was lying in the mail box! but I know it was dumb but I was so amped to try it I took it around 3:35 and then went back to the gym I know thats dumb, but I wanted to try! its like being a little kid and your mom tells you not to touch the stove, and you do anyway! well any how I got on bench, the same thing I did in the morning. well I couldn't max any where close to what I thought what I would be able to with it, but I was still tired. My max for 3 reps was 30 lbs higher than what I was repping this morning. My take on all of this is... given the fatigue and the work out I had this morning, I'd say it works. Oh and I thought that muscle tech never sent it to me either, but it just took a loooooooooooooooooong time to get here.

I got two samples.. always order one for your dog or cat.. wife..etc. Didn't notice much on the first dose.. arms were pumped all day though. On chest/tri day, my tri's were like a f*ck'in rock all day.

I talked to 2 ppl today that said they took it, said it gave them a hell of a boost, worked really well when working out legs, both said they could squat like 30 more lbs. they said they really couldnt tell a difernce though while working upper body.

Two of my friends from work and myself took gakic for a week and notice no differences in fatigue or in max strength. I have seen the best results with NO XPlode pre work out. I am a novice but I tend to stick to what works. Any thoughts on the best way to cut Lower pecs and the midsection?

ive tried it on chest day the free sample took the 8 horse pills and did the same weight and reps i did without it but a buddy of mine got the powder form and he increased his reps by 6 and his max by 50lbs so i dont know once i get some cash ill try the powder

And still waiting for my free sample of Gakic. I guess they aren't looking to sell any of this stuff, If I get the sample and I like it and it does all what they claim on the package and make me a believer I will start buying it and continue to buy it... Hard sometimes to tell if a product works just using it one time, so I got free samples sent to my Mother, Friends, and Father, if they really come I will have 5 samples :) That will be plenty for me to determine if I wanna buy it or not. Muscletech needs to send me these samples and back up the talk they talk and if the talk is true my wallet will be out ready to spend...If they don't want my money then don't send me the samples I guess.

dude i gots to say this is the best...i received mines 3 days ago..yea i waited awhile for it also...but i used it today...and bam...dude this crap works...my bench up by 24 pounds...i wished i'd got 30 pounds but hey 24 is alot...i recommend for all of you guys to use it...im waiting first week again at GNC and im hitting up for some GAKIC...best thing i've ever used...serious...way better than creatine..

sounds like advertising to me...
i talked to a friend of mine at the local GNC she said she liked it, and basically it works by neutralizing the amonia build-up in your muscles so that they wont fatigue as quickly, thus giving you more power...
thats just what she told me..you decide.

dunno if its advertising or not, but I know that Ive never ever met a person that worked at GNC that knew a damn thing bout body building or any of the supplements they have.
