looks to me like you just need to do a bit more cardio man..it really helps with the excess fat that you feel that you are gaining especially since you are on a break. Although, you shouldn't really concern yourself with that yet since you are on a bulking phase hehehe. oh yeah your shoulder injury? good idea on the break man. better to have it rested. i had a shoulder injury once, then overdid it. end result? 2 months of physical therapy. yaiks.. cheers bro!
