Over this next month I'm looking to gain at least 9lbs of muscle weight. And I was wondering I bought some Cell Tech (yes I fell into the hype), whey protein and weight gainer. And I was wondering if this was to much? I've been just using whey protein thinking I would gain weight from there. And I haven't but I've gotten a LOT stronger for my size. And I'm very busy so sometimes my eating will suffer as well. I'm looking to gain weight so that my body would be balanced. I've been trying for months until I decide to put these together. And try them at one time. Rather then separately like I usely do. So someone, anyone let me know what you think. Do I have the basis of getting to weight on me? Thanks.Smile

Welcome to DB WIP! Smile

You really should start with the Nutrition forum and the Sample Bulk Plan. There's nothing better to put on some quality weight then real foods. The right amount, 5-6 times a day. The shakes and stuff, won't do it. And if you are looking to put on 9 lbs of muscle, that's a lofty goal. Not impossible, but very difficult to obtain. However, can be done.. genetics, good eating and the right training.. blam!

Okay, so the training forum is where you'd head next. I'd download the Max-OT guide and get the reading on tonight. It's big.. it's long, but it's well worth it. A lot of people on this forum have tried it and have made some serious gains. Myself included.

Start with the nutrition and then the training. Once you get both of those in order, you will be well on your way to gains. It's pretty simple really.

There's a lot of info in this forum already. I think your best bet will be to look up top at the TOP divided posts and read those first. There's a ton of information in there.
