Hi I've been on a good eating(pretty good for the first 6) and training plan for about 10 weeks. My Idea was to lose weight plus gain musscle. Im now 34 years and weigh around 95 kg, I have cut quite alot, lost around the waist as my gym shorts are now hanging off me (good way to tell) So far my results are Weight: Loss 3 1/2 kilos Waist: Loss 3 1/2 inches Forarm: Gain 1/4 inch Wrist: Loss 1/4 Thighs: Gain 1/2 Inch Neck: Gain 1/2 Inch Chest: Loss 1 Inch Biceps: No Gain (however much more defined) My questions are Not looking for superman results, but how would these result be? Although I've lost only 3kg, 3 Inches around the waist must = more than 3kg in fat loss? So I must have gained muscle? On average, How must per inch around the waist in fat = kilograms? Where to from Here? My body feels like it needs to be shocked into more muscle gains, so I may need to change some weight training? Any answers on this would be good thanks

I don't know if you can translate waist measurement changes directly into fat loss in kilograms... In my case, I lost roughly 1/4" on my waist for every pound of fat I lost during my last cut. Anyhow, 3 1/2" off your waist in 10 weeks is great progress.
