For those of you who want a good homemade post workout gainer shake.. Here's one that taste great.. Dump the following in a blender.. Two cups of Fat Free Milk..........................C:160 P:16 Two scoops of vanilla whey protein power.....C:220 P:46 Two table spoons of natural peanut butter....C180 P:7 I large banana..........................................C:120 P:1 1 package of Nestles fat free coco mix..........C:25 P:0 If you want, add a few Ice cubes.. Cals: 705 Protein: 70
