My brother needs to bulid muscle by taking protein+creatine+glutamine and in parallel he'll take Nutrex Lipo 6 as a fat burner.Pls advice if he can reach the 2 goals together or he had to build muscle first then burn fats and pls advice also about the taking the below stack all together:
Whey protein : optimmum
creatine
Glutamine
Universal animal pack
fat burner: Nutrex lipo 6

take it slow, burn fat or build muscle first, take your pick.  bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint

avaric is right, you cant get the best of both worlds, with the amount of calroies your bro will be getting to gain mass will not be sufficient to burn fat also, by taking lipo the best he will get out of that is helping his gains remain relatively lean IMO.

You can most definitely burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. It just takes a strict diet and a lot of time. Some people expect immediete results...

Anywho the stack looks good, if he's taking lipo 6 then I would assume he's trying to lose weight so I don't know if a bulking diet would be something that he'd want to do.

i'm w/ avaric and ado. you really shouldn't be taking creatine along w/ a fat burner. either cut then bulk, or vice versa.

It is definitely possible to Gain ONLY LEAN muscle mass (see VEGEEP) 
But if he has fat to lose i would suggest Cutting first and then bulking(very strict diet to gain only lean muscle)

If he's not about being strict in terms of a diet I would bulk like hell.....then cut down
