Ok, i'm pretty new to bodybuilding but I'll just provide some info on my daily food intake. I've gained 2kg of weight in the last two months. I'm 173cm, 52kg (yes, i noe i'm light), and chinese :D...

breaky: 1 slice bread with peanut butter, and 4 pieces of wheetbix with milk
snack: 1 banana
lunch: 4slices of bread, with can of tuna.
snack: 1 banana, with cup of milk, 1 slice bread with peanut butter
dinner: about 3 bowls of rice, with servings of vegies, meat.. and probably a bowl of soup
snack: cup of milk...
water fluids: around 2.5litres

i'm guessing i'm not taking enough food in.. oh yea..i forgot to mention i have "crohn's' disease", google it if u don't noe wat it is. so i'm like going to the toilet (well, u noe wat i mean) about 2-3 times a day. would it also be cos the food's not digesting in my body, so i'm not gaining weight?

Hey man!

Im in the same situation. Ok I am 183cm in height and weighed 63kg. I was the skinniest guy I knew, now I am 'thin' but still improving. I weigh 69kg now and that took 1 month (maybe an unhealthy gain but I feel good)

From what I have read you just need to get your meats and carbs down you and add veg to clean your insides. Oh btw I take Mammoth Weight Gain, 2 a day, gives me 2500 cals + 136g of protein.

Here's my diet if it helps, I think I should just eat anthing really every 2-3 hours just miss out junk foods. Keep everything clean.

Meal 1
1 bowl of muesli with milk
1 cup of coffee
3 eggs
2 brown toast

Meal 2 (30mins-1hr pre train)
1 banana
1 mammoth shake

Meal 3 (straight after train)
1 mammoth shake

Meal 4
1 tin of tuna
pasta
tomato sauce

Meal 5
2 bown bread sandwich
tuna/ham
cucumber
tomato
1 banana or 2 apples

Meal 6
1 chicken breast
1 boil in bag rice
veggies

Dont get me wrong I change it quite often but its my foundation. I just think of different ways to mix up my ingredients for each meal. Sometimes I try different sauces with the ingredients, I am not too concerned about body fat right now (around 10%) because im skinny and want to hit 75kg in weight. Once I do that then I watch out for things like that! Good luck, let me know how you doing man! It helps to keep talking about it!! Because for thin guys its hard for us fast metobalism guys too put on weight!! We lose a **** load sleeping.

thanks alot for the reply. I don't think I could afford having the Mammoth Weight Gain everyday, lol..but wondering how much is it and how much do you get and it is just protein? i saw some protein, 750grams for like $AU20 and each serving u get like 45grams, and there's like a total of 10 servings. So i would be spending heaps of money if to take protein, so i just dun bothe with it. I just got my uni timetable, and hmm...hopefully i can still manage to fit all my meals in. hmm...i was wondering if u or whoever is reading, can help me make some modifications to each of my meal, either changing the contents of the food, or increasing it..thanks alot
