Gain Mass and Loose Fat?
-
Tuesday, August 04, 2009 3:24 PM
( #1 )
So I have already read about loosing fat and gaining muscle so many times, but I want to ask if this is applicable to people who are not fat, I mean after bulking I had some fat on my abs. And I was wondering if I can continue bulking and loose the fat that have been stored through my last bulking process. Can someone mention the process briefly on how to gain muscle and loose fat in the same time?

Yes, it's possible and from what I've heard the keto diet makes it extremely easy.

Can you tell me what are the pros and cons of the keto diet?

The cons are no carbs (except on your carb-up day). The pros to it is the best diet to allow muscle hypertrophy and fat burning at the same time. If you were to aim for both at the same time, it's the best to try for. You basically eat protein and fats - fats meaning healthy fats. RollingStone posted a link a while back on why the keto is such a great diet, I'll try to find that and post it for you.
