Note: power cleans after a lot of bench and tricep work makes your clean form suck and the weight feel really heavy.
 
Ohh well, supposedly we just did them both today b/c we are off of school on monday next week and this was to make up for the missed day. idk.

I weighed in today again so the powerlifting teams can be updated and I weighed in at 182.6 lbs with shoes on.

I am starting to get in-season, so my workouts are going to get lighter with more reps with my upper body stuff and I won't be doing nearly as much.

It is mph. I have hit 88 mph on a radar gun at a showcase while throwing to third base from right field. And supposedly, if you can throw a ball the length of a football field, you can throw 90, which I can so I just put 88-90 on there. lol.
