GROIN PULL REHAB??
-

Not sure but I have a groin pull, may have done it playing basketball but not sure. Any feedback on how to quickly get this back to normal???? It's located on my right hand side and right at the top of my leg and in my groin...not sure if that matters or not. Any feedback would be beneficial as I don't want this going on to long!

If it is just a pull, a couple days should do it, if it is a tear than you may need medical intervention.

use a damp cloth around the icepack as this will pass more coolness through without risk of damaging the skin. Wrap it with a tensor bandage for support. The tensor also works well to hold the icepack on.
