Nice deads man, I'd drop that 275 warmup rep though, especially at 20lbs under your working set.  I've done the same thing with loading the wrong plates on and it does suck.  But every now and then you will load too much and think its less and you will press it like it is lighter, that is always a good day.

Haha, well I wouldn't mind that. I'll drop the last warm up too.

Man, I realized that over the month that I was home I finally put on a solid like 5-6lbs with no noticeable rise in bodyfat, but I wasn't playing any basketball. Now that I'm back at school I'll be playing ball again a lot and that's gonna kill my weight gain. Really gonna have to up the calories to stand a chance. :( I'd love to be able to dead 3x my BW, but that's quite a ways to go lol.

Mmk, been hectic this last week or so with school starting and everything, but I've finally come to terms with the fact that I'm gonna be seeing a lot of 6:30 mornings if I wanna fit my workouts into my day lol. Startin back up today, wasn't sure how my knee would feel but it didn't give me any problems.

Squat - 1x5 @ 185; 3x5 @ 190
Good Mornings - 3x10 @ 145
DB Lunges - 2x5 @ 50
Standing (Shoulder pad?) Calf Raises - 3x10 @ 135

School gym is closed today so I had to use the little workout place in our dorm basement :( I'm pretty sure the old incline bench is going to fall apart at any moment...

Bench - 2x8; 1x6 @ 155
Incline Bench - 3x8 @ 115
Pec-Dec Flies - 3x10 @ 60
Push Ups - 1x20 @ BW
Close Grip Bench - 3x6 @ 135
Dips - 3x15 @ BW

Do you not like doing heavy calf raising? I know you can get way higher than that haha your queit a bit stronger than me but I calf raise like 245x12. Looking good though.

Squat Clean 185

I think I may start doing calf raises with just a regular barbell, the way that machine is set up it just feels really awkward/painful on my shoulders...
