i think knee wraps are important for bodybuilding as well as powwerlifting. It overloads ur weight used and gets ur muscles bigger. remember to get those boys tight :)
it allows you to use more weight that is clear. They are supportive aids. Wraps/a suit/ bench shirt could add 50-100 lbs or more on a lift-but it is just a number but I don't see how that translates to greater muscle growth
Sure if my raw squat/bench goes up 50 lbs I can equate that with an improvement. But if I can squat 405 raw but if I wrap I get 450. How is just the mere fact I am wrapping going to cause muscle gain-it is an artificial number
