right ive got a new goal i was going to originally bulk for a bit but not put on too much fat for the beach but im starting to lose a little bit of definition on my abs so my new goal is to get to around 8% bodyfat in 4 weeks i am currently at 13% ..... do you guys think that is possible .... i am going to do HIIT 3 times a week is there anything else i could do to lose some fat

it depends more about lb.'s of body fat that u have if ur wondering how much % u can lose in that time. 1-2lb. a week is possible but it gets much harder as ur bf decreases. if ur really trying to get to a low % then i suggest more than HIIT 3x a week

oki its just to lose some fat for more ab definition i mean i can see them but if i lose some fat i would be able to see them better
