GNC pro performance creatine plus - Saturday, July 14, 2007 6:03 PM
Heres what it contains
      Creatin monohydrate 5G
      L-Glutamine 250 mg
      Taurine 250mg
      Glycine 250mg
      L-Arginine 100mg
      L-Methionine 100mg
Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one heaping teaspoon (6g) with water immediately following your wokout.

My question is does this creatine need no loading phase?
And dont you have to take 10g after loading phase for creatine instead of 5g?

you really don't need a loading phase for any creatine, although if you wanted to you could do one. just take 4 servings a day for a week, and then go back to 5g per day for maintenance. and 5g is maintenance: so you should take 5g both after workouts and whenever on days you dont workout.
