Anyone have reviews, first off, on GNC's Anabolic Matrix Kit? It contains Amino Burst 3000 for between meals, HMB with meals, L-Glutamine Pre workout, Creatine Monohydrate post workout, ZMA before bed. Has it worked for anyone? Just reading the product info, it seems like a very comprehensive set of supplements, all in pill form.
Would stacking these with Muscle Milk be overkill?

Don't buy the GNC Anabolic Matrix Kit. You can find much better products and better prices elsewhere.

all i can say is don't ever buy creatine monohyrate! It is garbage
your body can only use 10%, the rest is toxic to your kidneys.

Thanks for your responses.
Justincredible, what would you recommend that is as comprehensive as the gnc kit?
Bench270, What other creatine would you recommend? Ive tried effervescent in the past. Im going w/ the monohydrate simply because its in the kit.

Hmm...
pre workout - BSN NO-Xplode (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate & Nitric Oxide)
post workout - BSN Cellmass (Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate & Glutamine)
before bed - Optimum Pro Complex PM (Casein Protein, ZMA, & some other stuff)
upon wakening - Universal Animal Pak (Multivitamin)
every now and then - Optimum 100% Whey (Whey Protein & Amino Acids)
What do you think Bench270?

I am on Purple K right now. It is 100% used by the body, with no bloat, water retention and toxic creatinine, like other forms of creatine. it is 26 bucks per month or so. there is no loading or need to drink tons of water with it either. www.purple-k.com

I am just finishing up the bsn mass stack myself. I was on nitrix, no xplode and cell mass, along with purple k. I still have no xplode and cell mass left. Your stack sounds good, I am going to go on the animal pak, and animal nitro in a few weeks. I will also be using mega milk, instead of the eas whey.

Cool, thanks for the advice...I already bought the gnc anabolic kit. Wasnt too expensive, they had it on sale for $29 at the store i went to. I think i will try it out for a few weeks see how it goes.
I may make the change of Purple K instead of the creatine monohydrate.
Any advice on taking muscle milk w/ this stack? I still have about a half a tub left, and would like to know if its worthwhile to take it to get some extra creatine and protein in. I think the gnc kit may lack casein, which the muscle milk has. Let me know

Hello, well this is my first post, and I signed up exactly for this reason.
I recieved the GNC 30-day Anabolic Kit as a Christmas Gift, and began using it on Jan 1st for easy tracking.
10 days into it I ran out of HMB, if you look carefully on the box you'll notice that one serving is 4 tablets, you're supposed to take 4 tablets 3x a day. which is 12 tablets.
The box and the actually container both say "120 Tablets" which is for 10 days worth.
So this is not actually a 30 day kit unless you buy a 240 tablet bottle of HMB.
I got 120 more tablets from GNC and a $10 coupon, which is still not enough. but here is the entire story.
I realized I was running short and went into the store, from there they gave me their customer service number.
I called their customer service number (1-888-462-2548) and explained that I'd recieved it as a gift. The guy sent to me a coupon *didnt mention how much it was worth*, I was expecting to recieve $30-35 to cover the cost of the HMB, a week later I recieved $10. I wasnt so happy. I called them again and spoke with a man and he told me that the $10 coupon was the best they could do for me. I said "ok thank you" and hung up. I decided to called back and was going to try to speak to a manager of some sort. I recieved a man named Chad who has been very helpful. He called the GNC in my area and got them to give me another bottle, I went to the store and recieved another 120 tablet bottle, which is still only 240 pills, for 1 month you need 360 pills. I called again today, and spoke with chad again, He told me they recently had a meeting and they will not be giving out the HMB that people have paid for.
He also mentioned that he's known about this for a year now, and that they used to honor the full 240 tablets, but now they have stopped completely.
So if you're looking for a 30 day kit, i'd suggest either buying the anabolic kit but know that you'll have to buy a 240 tablet bottle.
other than that, I've been very happy with the results. I'm 18, before christmas I weighed 155lbs 22% bodyfat. For christmas I recieved a workout machine and the anabolic kit + 2 large tubs of GNC 100% Whey Protein.
I began working out on christmas day, and began taking the pills on the 1st of jan. I've taken about 7 days off of working out total since christmas day.
I'm now 170lbs 19% body fat.
Recently I've began using a cycling machine. hope to see even more results in the body fat department, and I'm continuing to use the anabolic kit. although I'm starting to run out of the other pills, and have more hmb compared to the rest.
oh well live and learn.

hmm interesting situation dude....i work at gnc and ive never actually sold the anabolic matrix kit but it is defintely a very good kit. Sucks you had to go thru all that ****. Im not surprised that yoiu had good results w/ it b/c if taken correctly it is a VERY GOOD stack. Creatine monohydrate is not garbage by the way. ANd creatine is not toxic to your liver either unless you intake way more than recommended. And as with any creatine it clearly states drink plenty of water. Monohydrate is one of the best creatines for beginners especially and some people dont respond well to creatine..its just there genetics.
